Hold 2006
The letters used to make this sign come from the notice board of an old cafe that went off business. I chosed four letters to write the word "HOLD". Each letter precariously hangs from the precedent one, expressing a state of suspension. The word HOLD is also used to express uncertainty about the future (...what the future holds for me..). Both ideas refer to the fragility of individuals when submitted to social and economic changes.
